DESIGNER'S STATEMENT:
This is a series of three images, initially sketched out on paper and then later drawn over using digital photo editing software. The work is designed to represent a story, a tragedy featuring a protagonist whose hamartia is derived from excessive individualism (the personality trait that is a synonym for self-reliance, not the political philosophy). It was a part of a larger work (a video game) that was abandoned in early 2020.
