Winner of the 2013-14 OSU Marion Digital Media Composition Award
DESCRIPTION:
This student-designed informational poster was displayed at this year's OSU-Marion health fair to raise awareness about physical and mental health issues associated with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex persons. The judges said of this winning entry that the design had "a certain seriousness and real-world impact that set it apart from the other entries," and that "the amount of information that is conveyed in a simple, pleasing design. Her text has social and civic importance, the potential to effect change."
