Welcome to the 2009 edition of the Cornfield Review: Online, our humble little offering of work in digital media, graphic design, illustration, writing, and photography, all from area artists and writers hailing from the Central Ohio region. This time around, we have an encore selection from Benjamin Claymier's comic strip series Positively Perfect, as well as a gripping, original photonarrative by Brandon Walker. Additionally, Dennis Millisor's video/text treatise on "The Rhetoric of Deceit" offers readers lots of sound and (hopefully) satirical advice on the time-honored topic of smooth talking. In keeping with previous editions, our Lightbox section showcases a fine collection of digital photography and artwork from several OSU Marion and MTC students and faculty members. It has quickly become a staple feature of our online edition. We always welcome and encourage feedback, so please tell us what you think.
